2. AI Usage & Clinical Disclaimer
THE SERVICE USES ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Not a Medical Device: Praxis AI is a documentation support tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Do Not Trust Fully: AI-generated content (including transcripts, summaries, and clinical guidance) may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies. You must NEVER rely solely on the Service for clinical decision-making.
- Professional Responsibility: You, as the healthcare provider, retain full responsibility for all patient care, medical records, and billing. You must review and verify all outputs generated by the Service before including them in official medical records.
- Patient Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations from patients to record their sessions and process their data using the Service, in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable laws.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
- Obtain explicit verbal or written consent from all parties before recording any conversation.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praxis AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on any AI-generated content.
